What Is and Isn't Covered

  • Item arrives visibly damaged or defective
  • Significant misprint or print misalignment
  • Wrong item received
  • Item materially different from what was ordered
  • Package lost in transit with no delivery confirmation

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size — if visibly worn or washed
  • Minor color variation from screen display
  • Size variance of 1–3 cm from listed measurements
  • Damage caused by improper care or washing
  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered

Because all items are produced on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We strongly encourage reviewing our size guide before purchasing. However, we understand sizing can be tricky — see our sizing courtesy note below.

Sizing courtesy. If your item arrives and the fit isn't right — and the item is genuinely unworn and unwashed with no signs of use — reach out and we will do our best to work with you. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is extended as a one-time courtesy per customer. We trust our community to be honest with us, and we'll always return that trust.

How to Submit a Claim

If your order qualifies, here is how to get your refund or replacement:

Email us within 14 days of delivery
Send your claim to archan8el@gmail.com. Claims submitted after 14 days from your confirmed delivery date cannot be accepted.

Include your order number and photos
Attach clear photos showing the issue — the full item and a close-up of the defect or damage. This allows us to assess your claim quickly.

We review and respond
We aim to process all claims within 5 business days. If approved, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement is being issued.

Refund or replacement issued
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 7–10 business days. Replacements are produced and shipped at no additional cost.

Returning an Item

In cases where a physical return is required, we will provide you with a return address after your claim is approved. Do not send items back without prior confirmation — unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items that have been worn, stained, or altered are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns over $75 in value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Order Cancellation

Because production begins promptly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible before your order enters production.

If you need to cancel, email us at archan8el@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible and the order cannot be refunded on the basis of cancellation alone.

If Archan8el cancels your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard size or color exchanges as all items are made to order. That said, we know fit matters — especially at this price point. If your size isn't right and the item is unworn and unwashed, contact us and we will review your situation personally.

This sizing flexibility is a one-time courtesy per customer. We extend it in good faith and ask that it is treated as such. Customers who repeatedly request sizing accommodations may no longer be eligible for this consideration.

If your item qualifies under our 14-day guarantee due to a production or print error, a replacement in the correct specification will always be issued at no cost to you — this is separate from the sizing courtesy above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account and credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times vary
  • If you have done both and still have not received it, email us at archan8el@gmail.com
