Every Archan8el piece is made to order. Please allow production time before your order ships. We offer two shipping options — free standard shipping on every order, or express for those who don't want to wait.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

FREE SHIPPING — $0.00 Production: 3–5 business days Shipping: 14–20 days Total estimated delivery: 17–25 days

EXPRESS SHIPPING — from $31.61 Production: 3–5 business days Shipping: 3–7 days Total estimated delivery: 7–14 days

PRODUCTION TIME

All items are produced on demand after your order is placed. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order is handed to a carrier. This applies to both free and express orders. Production time is separate from shipping time — your total delivery window begins from the date your order is placed, not the date it ships.

TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at archan8el@gmail.com and we will look into it immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total. Customs processing may add additional days to your estimate.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Archan8el is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. Archan8el cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For packages lost in transit with no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

DELAYS

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather, or customs. We will communicate any known delays as quickly as possible.
