By placing an order or accessing our store, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to be transparent and fair — we believe you deserve to know exactly what to expect.
- ABOUT ARCHAN8EL
Archan8el is an independent luxury streetwear brand. Our products are designed in-house and produced on demand — we do not hold inventory, which allows us to maintain quality control and reduce waste. By purchasing from Archan8el, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- ORDERS AND PRODUCTION
All items are made to order. Once you place an order, production begins promptly and typically takes 1–6 working days depending on order volume. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please review your size, color, and shipping details carefully before checkout. Once an order enters production it cannot be modified.
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Contact us immediately at archan8el@gmail.com if you need to cancel. Archan8el reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and fully refunded.
- PRICING
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We do not offer discounts, promotions, or sale pricing. We believe in consistent, honest pricing — the price you see is the price of the product.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Archan8el is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or additional charges imposed by your country on international orders.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order is produced it will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery timelines are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. These are estimates only — we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
For packages marked as delivered by carrier tracking that you have not received, you are responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier. If your address is incorrect, reshipment costs will be your responsibility.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Full details on what is and is not covered are outlined in our Refund Policy. All defect and damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order to archan8el@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
- PRODUCT CARE
To preserve your Archan8el garment: machine wash cold inside out, hang or lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry, do not iron over printed areas, do not bleach. Archan8el is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, branding, imagery, and content associated with Archan8el are the exclusive property of Archan8el. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our designs or brand assets without explicit written permission.
- ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and sizing are accurate. Minor errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them at any time. Product lifestyle imagery is for aesthetic representation — the physical garment is the item described in the listing.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archan8el shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
- PRIVACY
Your personal information is collected solely to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Archan8el reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
